Default A Few ID's Please

I walked the dog around field and woods for an hour, no dandies. So by the time it started to snow I grabbed anything I could. But I know nothing about suitable weeds, still trying to learn so heres what I've got some ID's needed please.

I thought this may be Plantain, but I'm probably wrong I have loads of it though!

This weed I see everywhere is it sow thistle?

And this is... well I dont know but there was lots of it???

So are any edible?? Thanks
