Anyone on here want to join me in trying to lose weight?
Thought we could have a thread on here to support each other as I always give up and need some motivation,going to count calories,want to lose weight to feel better and be healthier

I need motivation to exercise, the losing weight bit has been quite easy, but seeing the dietician at the hospital monthly makes that easier. In fact I get moaned at for not eating enough, especially protein.

I just pig out too much. Never used to have a problem was once slim and loved exercise. I used to run everyday with my lurcher til I broke a couple of bones in my foot, then she did her cruciate ligament in and now, well I've just got lazy.

I could do to lose 3 stone but if that means cutting back on the best grub I'll wait a while longer

Are you on antibiotics linda? I was on them a long time in hospital and when I came out I was 7.5 stone (30 years ago mind). now I am 14 st 9lbs
