Egg in South Wales

Hi, Lynne here from Carmarthenshire, South Wales. Have been keeping tortoises for some time, first one in 1997, a TG Iberia, other added over the years. Thanks to all, have now correctly identified Layla as a TG Terresteris - great support. Due to retire (little early

) in May; time to move on from committed to obsessed! Anyone else in my area?

Ross(TillyTortoise) is in your area. So are you going to be looking for more terresteris, they'll be very hard to come by?

There are a few keepers around but not sure you'll find one advertised as TGT for sale, if there are they'll be expensive. Probably keep a look out for other Graeca ads, and see if they've mistaken the subspecies. It does happen a fair biy. Welcome to the forum by the way!

Yes you may need to go further afield to find TGT, but there is at least 1 member on here selling TGT hatchlings! (his username is Turnip, can't remember where he is based though!)

He's based in Wiltshire. But presumably the person wants an adult.

Hi - just down the road and round the corner!! What torts do you have? I have spur thighed (Iberia) and one Golden Greek - hopefully soon to be two!
