Help please
Hi, some may be aware that I can't read the chat box, is there anything I can try / do to sort this? Its really bad as it tells me how many posts since my last visit - today 103 and I cant join in!
Message section just says loading.... but never loads. When I first log on it says 'refreshing messages' on the left hand side box, that then changes to number of new posts since last visit - but still just 'loading..' in the main box If I click on chatbox it does let me into the archive, top chatters etc. So why cant I read any posts? Any ideas? Thanks Jo |

First off - what browser are you using, and which version is it?

I'm using firefox. Think its version 3.0.5,
Linda logged in as me and didn't have the same problem so it must be something to do with my computer settings here. When I get a pm and the box comes up to tell me I have a new message but I cant access the message through the box, I have to close it and then go in through my notifications - could this be related, could I have set something to block these things? |

Hmm, same browser as me... Sounds like it's one of the settings somewhere. Have you removed all the cookies and cleared the cache out?

It's a general rule with browsers - if it stops working or starts acting weird, clear the cache and cookies. Works wonders.
