Peppers?
Can horsfields have either red or green peppers?
My sister's growing them and we were wondering if they would be OK. Thanks Crwban

capsicum , not chilli.... con carne ! my Horsfields eat them sliced up but not the pippy bits just because I don't feed them them, but not sure they should have loads. They eat the green ones more and watch out for reddy poops or sometimes looks like they've had a bit of a spat on the 'ol lips too, ! CB

There are plenty of weeds still around, and a lot of flowers too, which are far better for your tortoise. They need a lot of fiberous plants to help keep their system healthy.

good point Sandy, though in moderation mine do love them as an extra and crispy too, makes their beaks work hard, ! Weeds are always the ideal I grant you. CB
