Default Worming / Cleaning

Just had the results back from wormcount for my new (ish) tortoise, she has a very high count of Oxyurids (1660 epg). She also only weighs 240g.

I will worm her with panacur but how is it best to house her whilst she is being treated? Shes currently on soil but if I keep her on this isn't she likely to keep reinfecting herself even if I change the soil now?

Have never had to worm mine, but have read advice that the are put on news paper until they are clear of the worms to prevent reinfection

Yes, newspaper is the way to go, and change it every day:0)

I kept mine on soil but I bathed twice a day for 20 mins each time so that she would only poo in the bath

Me to I only got my torts in January but I've used wormcount a few times, I've found them to be fast, reliable, friendly and helpful

Yeah I got my little one in march, what breed have you got?, I've had him/her tested for worms by the vet but that wormcount will be useful for the future, how many times is it recommended to get them tested does anyone know?
