Oh, lol, I've never seen a salamander before. Until Darwin I've only had more conventional pets like dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs etc, my mum had tortoises when she got married, many moons ago, before i was born but they both died in hibernation, they were big when she had them and quite old apparently, she had them about 10 years. I'm loving tort keeping we don't have room for big tanks or I'd have a terrapin too x
