Thank you all. It's taking a bit of extra effort to get the little guy going, but he is definitely worth it x

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't updated lately. Wilf is now a strapping 531g. Carrot baby food soaks and plenty of weeds, flowers, mushrooms, squash, earthworms and papaya seem to have done the trick. New growth is visible but the vertebral scutes appear to be fused. Is there anything I can do about this? I am going to try some antibiotic eye drops to see if they make a difference as his eyes are still swollen. How are the rest of the Paignton Five doing?

Petrolium jelly on any scute seams that are sticking should do the trick With Yellowfoots if the humidity isn't high enough they tend to have eye problems, so the higher the better.

Thank you Dan. I tipped an extra litre of water into the table to up the humidity. Now touching high 80's/low 90's. Wilf still walks into things and has no flinch reaction on one side (left eye). He will always be kept on his own so will never have to face competition for resources so I hoping it doesn't present any further problems other than the odd bump to the nose.
