Thankyou Sharon, I am.
I say to my six year old, Time to leave for school.... And i hear the words, Just a minute i want to check on the tortoises...... and there he is having a peep....LOL.
I wonder where he's heard that ????????

Well here is my opinion. I respect Andy highfield as he has been all over the world looking at tortoises in their natural habitat. I dont know anyone else who has done this. But on the hand in America there are a hell of alot of adult wild caught tortoises over there, which can be studied.
But i think Andy knows what he is talking about as he has had these tortoises for a long time.

Identifying sub spieces isn't always that easy from a picture but experienced peopel can general make a good accurate guess especially when able to compare them to animals they own .

I don't ever use the plastron method as this certainly isn't accurate but looking at these two its quite obviouse to me they are both TGG of Morrocan Orgin I have had many Ibera and neither of these compare to any of them visualy

If I thinking correctly my own TGG group are also from the same batch these two came from.

Will try and but pictures of my group up when I have time to show the distinct similarities
