Default Beak inside bottom jaw

Hello just got a tortoise brought to me , I need help ..... She's a leopard but is nearly all White on shell and body .... Plus her beak is tucked inside her bottom beak !!!! Looks like a bull dog is the way I would describe it her mouth is pink inside so healthy !!!! She's been kept in a viv for 5 years and has never been out ...... She looks like she's to small for her shell !!!!! I'm not great at laptops and photos but would be happy to send a mobile pic to someone if they can post it !!!!! I have a I pad can't do nothing with it lol ..... please help ........

Does tort eat ok? The first photos are dark but I have seen torts with undershot beaks as you describe who manage fine. As long as she is eating & her mouth nice & pink I dont think there is a lot to worry about, its just the way he/she is.

We had a poodle like that cant remember what vet called it but is was a birth defect. Suppose you will just have to keep an eye on her beak length so it doesnt cut into the bottom jaw.
Have to say she is a stunning colour, great looking tort.

I have and Ibera with an overshot jaw, it just formed that way. He has no problems eating, he's always managed just fine
