still worried about shelley

was given shelley about 4/5 weeks ago,have totally changed set up uvb light(which she did not have before)heat lamp,temps of 32.1 hot end and 20.9 cool end,water bowl,top soil substrate as recomended on this site,bathed daily.When taken outside eats freely in garden when in pen will not look at any food,had a poo sample analised no worms or parasites.All she does is sleep is this normal,don't think she was well looked after and have tried to change things for the better(have some photos on here of her and set up(have changed the red bulb),am i doing things wrong or any ideas(this thing is worrying me to death) HELP

Could you remind us how old Shelly is please and what species she is?

Be good to get a recap on Shelly. Do you know what sort of diet she was fed before you got her?

was told she was 2 years old.kept in a tort table in hamster bedding.she is a horsefield
