lost certificates hermans

I have lost two of my certificates can I apply for them again. I know the name of the breeder I got them off not sure of the year though

if you got them all at the same time from the same person the cert numbers might be consecutive if so you might be able to tell which are missing, I know I gave mine out in number sequence, if you know the number there shouldn't be a problem, just an idea.
