Default Just a quick one....

Really chuffed than my girl has come out of hibernation well this year, she ate very quickly after being woken up & has eaten quite well for the past 2 weeks now. She passed large amounts of white/clear fluid, had large poo & has now gone off her food. Usually once she starts eating she's ok, but def. lessening of the appetite over the last 3 days. Are we still on the right track? Thanks (& if I've posted this in the wrong place, apologies). x

Have the temperatures changes inside or outside?
As everything else seems pretty normal from what you say.
Temps have a big affect on tortoises as well as light:0)

The temp has dropped outside - she's in at the mo with a heat lamp & I've stuck to the same routine each day. Maybe I'm panicking, last year I nearly lost her so I get a bit stressy about her not eating. It's supposed to be colder this week, I'm sure she can predict the weather!!! Her poo/wee is usually my main concern but I think we are all good on that front x

Could well just be temp related, they can sense changes in the weather/pressure/light outside even when they are indoors I normally notice a difference in mine when the weather is crappy outside, have you tryed bumping the table temp up a little?

Was going to try that - she is so active & full of herself, just not really eating much & showing no interest. Last week she was stuffing her little face.....!!
