It would be nice to have a sticky on filling out these forms with links etc to the actual forms? I wouldn't know how to do it though

I had to dig out an old cert to know how to fill it in and it would be nice to have a sticky about any definate changes (not heresay) that Defra have done, I had to phone to check the price for my hatchling certs hadn't changed. I've heard rumours about sending the certs back but hope I get a letter along with my papers regarding that, again that sort of letter etc would be very handy to look at in a sticky for those of us who only breed a few.I'm useless at copying and posting else I'd post my letter (if i get one) but I'm sure there's someone who can.

I sent off a A10 Monday to upgrade my female for breeding and it was £25, wasn't sure on the form and found defra really helpful on the phone and they took the time to make sure I did it right. Didnt help the layout of the forms have changed but I was being a bit blind to be honest!
