I thought you still had to get it from DEFRA if selling? Not an A10 but some form of paperwork

I'm not sure about the exempt thing how it works but I remember a post by Kirkie once explaining how it works or what happens. I kind of think any hatchlings can't be sold or can't get A10's or something like that

I think that if they are too old to have an A10 then they can't be sold, only given away but I am not 100% sure and can't be arsed trawling through that DEFRA stuff

I've been told you can't breed from her or sell her but she can be given as a gift but technically no money can change hands

aye something like that. I think you may can breed but not sell the young ones. not sure you could stop them breeding if there was a few in together
