Default Mad Mauds Lump

I have found a lump on my 2010 Horsefield hatchling it's on her/his neck at the point where the jaw starts. (will take pics later)
Should I worry? Its as big as a small pea and quite hard #

Sounds like it could be an abscess. You may like to try opening the mouth and look for a spot of white on the inside of the mouth where the 'ear'is. If you see anything definitely an abscess and a small op will sort.
