Well George had his scan and they found quite a large tumour. Apparently someone even made the comment "How on earth is he coping?" but apparently it is slow growing and the brain just adapts. Next step is radiotherapy so just waiting to hear from them about this. Thanks for everyones support. It means a lot George seems really well which is good

Cancer hospital have phoned and he will be having his first treatment on wednesday (18th). I am so glad that things are moving fast Just want to get it treated now

Is the treatment as hard on a cat, as on a person?
People without pets (and even some with them) just don't understand how they aren't "just animals" they are more like friends and family. I agree it is nice to have people you can talk to who understand your concerns, fear, pain, as well as all the good things these creatures bring to our lives. |
