I love duck eggs, though don't have them very often. The goose egg had a slightly more tougher white than chicken and duck eggs, but the yolk (my favourite bit) was huge! I had it with chips and needed a big steak plate as the fried goose egg was so big. Plenty of runny yolk to dip my chips in. Yum!
