Oh that would be great if you can have one Darren. Brill. Incubator came this morning, i didn't open it as i waited till Andy came home and it was like christmas for him. He is really excited about hatching Daisys eggs. Its amazing really as i had a huge shouting at when i brought Daisy back from yours.

Sarah you start incubating them soon as you don't have to wait till the desired clutch has been reached , they will stagger hatch but will mix no problem .

28 days Linda , unlike tortoise eggs bird egg depending on speices need turning from 1-20 times a day, for ducks 3-4 turns is enough to stop the embryo forming on the inner egg shell if they aren't turned the yolk will settle and stick to the inner egg wall preventing vien coverage of the yolk and eventually the chick will expire so turning is vital for most bird eggs .
