Tilly - Giant African Land Snail Adult
Hello!
Here is my Giant African Land Snail, Tilly, she is my biggest, she is about 2 years old approx. and weighs 204g, and can pose like anything! She's beautiful. She has had like 650 babies, but is no longer producing due to no mate. She is in a ginormous 50 litre tank at the minute, enjoys dandelions, sowthistle, vetch, all weeds except plantain, (she hates it!) all fruit and veg, also some grass. I keep her tank warm, always at very least 16 degree's, it is usually about 20 degree's, she has a heat lamp which is on for approx. 2 - 5 hours daily. She is healthy and active, she is very good at wrecking her enclosure, which all torts and snails alike love to do! Though she gets bathed maybe once a day, sometimes twice. Having a morning bath on a sunny day. Drying off in a towel afterwards. Eating her most favourite food EVER! Cobs Eating cobs - close up Keeping well hydrated on a hot day!

I used to keep GALS, had to give up for the torts.
She is lovely! Never thought to give mine a bath or feed weeds, live and learn. Mine had a fav of Mango as their food but ate mainly cucumber and salad.
