its been 7 longs days...
we have been really ill for the last week & a half, barely leaving the house, but the plus side is.... its been 7 longs days... since i have had a cigarette...so i guess i am now a non smoker...

oh i am nearly back to my old naggy self, helped along by the fact i am drug free!!!!

when I stopped smoking I put on 3 stone which was really great
