Mis-sold equipment experiences

Hi all,

Having read on another thread that they were sold a vivarium with their tortoises having being probably told this is what was required. Is their anyone on this forum that has put a legal case forward to a pet shop of being mis-sold unsuitable equipment. even after it has been used?

It would be good to find out so that others can return goods quoting some Sale of Goods information - they wont then be out of pocket and would be able to create the right environment.

I was lucky enough to find this and other forums before I bought my torts, other new owners are not so fortunate.
