There are two chelonia places on Corsica. One of them http://acupulatta.com/ is excellent and I've been to that one.
There is another at Multifao in a more remote part of the island. I haven't been to that one but I have heard it's not very good alhtough in theory should be like village des tortues Gonfaron. Here is one of my snaps from Gonfaron to show what their enclsoures are like
