it's without the fibre. I have fibre in the stuff I get from IKEA and it's a bit of a nuisance

I can't see the weight anywhere. The IKEA stuff is quite light but I would like to know the weight before I ordered it because delivery jumps from 6.99 to 12.99 depending on how heavy it is

£6.99 for a metre slab. I accidentally checked out, not once but twice. It better be craicing stuff now on the plus side if Leo doesn't like it i'm sure my garden will love it! P&P is £6.99

see the whole coconuts that are in the shops that have hairy bits on them well that's what's usually in the stuff. reading that site it looks as if there may not be the hairy bits in it which would be grand if that was the case

I have looked into things a bit before buying it last night. From what I understand the bigger 50L bags are wetter, so some of the weight will be water and will cost more to deliver because of that weight. The slab is dryer and will need soaking when it arrives, but on the plus it weighs less, so costs less for delivery. There is 12L in the slab.
I'll let you know about the long fibers Alan.

Can't believe the price you have this stuff for, I paid way more when I built my Dartfrog tanks, but then again I didn't realise what it actually was at the time.
Thanks for sharing the info Mark |
