I feel for you... I gave up many times and started again often in the same day...(it's hard)! in the end I got help from a hypnotist and haven't smoked in over 5 years for me it was worth it especially as I didn't need to use nicotine patches etc.

hope your still keeping off the weeds ok i said i gave up chocolate what i didnt say was the amount of other sweets im eating instead ha ha dairy milk was my fave along with galaxy yum yum

Well done and good luck!I've tried to quit about 10 times (been smoking 25 years) and then gave up wanting to quit. Like you,I bought electronic cig 6 months ago and since then smoking real ones 2-4 a day only.I feel better and it comes much cheaper this way.El cig is only replacement for real ones,healthier (as they say) so if you want to quit completely,you should cut off el cig too.
