Default Mouth rot

Hi can any one tell me what mouth rot looks like as today I have noticed a 2 creamy patches either side of marigolds mouth,
I have booked her in to
Peter Edgar vets tomorrow but just thought you may know what I can do in the mean time to make her comfy
I have so far bathed the creamy patches with a mixture of Hibbing scrub and warm water then have given her a warm bath in reptoboost then another bath to rinse any reptoboost of her skin she drank some of the reptoboost bath
Please any advise thanks tortoise mummy xxxxxx

Are the patches on the outside of her mouth? Mouth rot is only found inside the mouth.

Sounds perfectly normal to me and nothing to worry about.

Omg marigold has just come back from the vets.
He recons she needs to go for referral to trinity house in Maidstone,
For X-rays and a general anasthetic and the creamy patches cut out as he recons it's an ear infection
And tortoises with ear infections need surgical help
I need advise on this any one please x

Not much you can do with an ear infection, but the vets should be able to take care of it. Just keep her warm, hydrated and the area as clean as possible.

Did you get the photos I emailed to you
I have cleaned the area today and will get some iodine tomorrow.
But do you think that surgery is the way to treat this x
