Staffys are great dogs in the right hands arent they Kelly, you need to have a strong head to be in control of them, but both the ones i had/have have been soft as fluff lol,

I also had a jack russell terrier (very barky and growly) i loved her, she loved me, but she didnt like kids, other dogs, cats....the staffy (jazz) i had along with her was quiet, non barky, and loved everyone, even let my cat (called Tango, whom has died as well) suckle her on my bed!!!!! i caught them on a few occasions, jazz was all stretched out on the bed and tango was needing and suckling, i had to end up putting a t-shirt on her and take her to the vets to dry up her mammary glands as she started producing milk lol, thats how soft she was lol x

Lovely Rott. We have a 5 yo bitch called Sunshine. She is more of a family dog I think that's typical of the breed. She will respond instantly to all member of our pack. But, for me ... GSD every time. My GSD was my shadow. Loyalty without question. My daughter swears by her pug

Oh he's gorgeous! He'll grow up to be huuuge! We had a Doberman when I was young. I love dobies, Rotties etc but just don't have the time (or energy) to walk them nor really the space in the garden for a big dog.
