Metal Halide Lighting

Metal halide lamps offer light, heat and even UV. Like fluorescent lighting different colour temperatures can be realised.
With 70-100 lm/W metal halide lamps belong to the most efficient lighting technolgies and achieve an excellent light output thanks to their relatively small size. These lamps get closest to the characteristics of the sun.
A ballast is necessary for operating metal halide lamps.

Are they the same kind of bulbs that are used for marine tanks? The link won't open

hello just tried the link it works for me go through the main shop and look up lighting www.shelledwarriorsshop.co.uk
These are bulbs for reptiles
They do a jungle bulb with slightly lower UVB for reptiles from tropical regions, good for adult red foots.
Available in 50 -70w

I can click on the metal halide lighting option but when I click on the different bulbs it just says Bad Request.

Sarah do you sell the jungle bulb? I was trying to click on the desert one as could see it
