Exclamation ingested hair

hi all...am a bit concerned about one of my torts, Ralph... when i put their lights on this morning s/he was already up and having a bath in their drinking water (which i have never see him do before, as he normally likes having a lie in). Have bathed them and fed them as normal this morning, but have just noticed that he has a long hair hanging out of his bottom... have just bathed them again, he has had a wee, but part of the hair is still visible... is this dangerous, as it looks like a human hair, which i am guessing he has ingested and is trying to pass... any thoughts on what i should do?

It probably is a hair, but please dont be tempted to pull it. You can do damage to your torts inside. Leave nature to take its course
Your tort is probably up earlier as the mornings are getting lighter and the evenings darker. He/she is making the ajustment.

I have had this with my torts, and if it's just a hair i leave it, but if it leads to a trailing poo, i carefully snip the poo off without pulling at the hair...

Slight problem with the pulling, i thought it was loose on him, and pulled at it a bit before i realised that it was inside him, tho i stopped as soon as i realised it wasnt loose... now i am panicking... since his second bath, he has had a poo, and i cant see any hair now, so am hoping he has passed it... do you think i should get him checcked out with the vet to be on the safe side, and to ensure i havent done anything to damage him...
