Hi Alice, when our Leopards were outside and eating as much as they wanted they were putting on between 6 and 10g per month, now they are inside for the winter and not as active, they are putting on between 4 and 8g per month. We weigh them monthly.

He should be gaining about 10 to 20g a month Alice. The bigger he is and gets the more he should gain a month. If he's not gaining weight, than you need to feed him more. Just make sure to supplement at each feeding. You can start by weighing him every 2 weeks and than go to once a month. He should feel like a rock when you pick him up.

Cassie is our biggst girl, she is 11.5cm and weighs 358g, she has put on 38g in the last 3 and a half months. This one feels like a brick! only the little ones feel light, but they are noticably smaller, Dylan is 8cm, he weighs 204g. Little Dylan is the one that had his leg broken during his capture. So his appetite was not as good as the others for a little while. our smallest,Scotty weighs 187g, he looks tiny when next to Cassie!
