but how can they put female on cert if they are not 100% sure thats just wrong right, can these cert be fix by anyone ?

Matt, I did say she had a long tail but then again s/he doesn't have a concave bottom does she? I can't tell too well in the photos.
I'm not sure on the process and validity , does a re - certificate get verified sex wise by whoever stamps it as it clearly states female (cant be from hatchling) so must be up to date ? or does the vet who microchips the tortoise verify the sex? can you go see the vet at all perhaps if that's the case ? I didn't realise you had bought her , sorry. CB

If you fill a form in and send it to defra and say it's a female they will take your word for it and send you a form saying so
