thanks
i made the first changes to their table today, added the oyster shell as the basking area, and they were really interested in what i was doing, they both were out watching me as i tore the place apart! they are still looking at the oyster shell suspiciously though. i put the slab over the basking area to make it a hide at night because they were always hiding in there before, even when they were awake. today's the first day that i've removed the slab and they have both been so active, choosing to bask, went for a paddle, eating, climbing and exploring. even though they have 3 other hides to go in, which they have used but only for short periods of time. Many people said to me that pancakes would just hide all and they dont like people but my little guys love being handled, they are out loads. the eat from my fingers, walk around on my hands and they aren't scared at all. im so pleased, all within 2 weeks of having them!!! they are both out basking right now, swarley even braved laying on the oyster shell
