Take photo off phone/camera.. Upload onto PC
Use a website such as photobucket which is free.. upload the picture onto that website then it will give you a direct link.. on the message settings where you type is a " insert picture" copy and paste the direct link from photobucket into there and wala! Takes 2mins to do  good luck
