Unhappy I broke an egg

I am so annoyed with what I have done, I was candling my eggs and somehow managed to partially drop the torch but it went down far enough to break an egg it is more than just a crack it now has a hole and smashed bit around it.
I have put a bit of cling film around it loosely as liquid plaster wont work for this, any other ideas?

The egg is at 57 days so not too far from hatching, another from the same clutch has pipped.

I dont think it has broken the membrane, it is broken at one end of the top, so kind of hit the air space.

If it's close to hatching it shouldn't be a problem Instead of the cling film, make a tent of damp kitchen roll and place that over the egg. This will keep the egg from dehydrating before it hatches.
