Is that an antibiotic, and did you see a specialist reptile vet. I can only imagine that two injections is early days, as long as he isn't getting worse, give it a bit more time. Keep him well hydrated, with daily warm baths. They can go a few weeks without eating, but hydration is very important. And also keep him very warm, 24 hours a day, 30c.
I see he is drinking well, that's good, but give him baths too. It might also be worth keeping him on news paper, then you can change it every day, so he doesn't re infect himself

Very likely bloods will need to be done to get the right antibiotic.

Good, I'm sure they will get to the bottom of it now. Try not to worry.

Suze has pretty much given you all the advice you need for now if your vet hasn't already said it is a liver disease I'm pretty sure it will be but don't worry the liver is very good at repairing itself as long as the problem is caught early enough as for eating don't worry to much about it water is the main thing have you tried a bit of strawberry or cucumber they are not advised normally but for a poorly tort it could tempt him.

Hello Percy2
I haven't heard of green wee before (other than in humans)! But am really keen to hear anything further for my own knowledge and understanding. Hope all goes well.

Fortnum is the antibiotic ceftazidime. Very good antibiotic in humans that treats many infections.
