Today seeds arrived, already sawed a few pinches. Outside temps are at the moment 12 at night, 15-17 during the day. For how long do I need to wait to see first sprouts? Should the soil be watered everyday?

Water sparingly as you dont want to over water. I have weeds growing in my garden, I never water them, I let nature take its course. Hard if you are eager to use them, but they will come up in time:0) You can speed it up a little by covering the area with see through plastic, until you can see shoots, then remove the plastic.
