yeah sue shells right......He would go for the hosta's rather than the slugs. I've seen him eat worms aswell

I put a FULL petunia plant in the enclosure yesterday that my nan gave me from her garden and OMG! he gobbled ALL of it!! all thats left it a green stem sticking out the ground

You should get a wire basket jo and it gives the plant a chance to grow then they eat what they can reach. The tesco ones are best as they are a bit smaller. They are £2. You can get them in Instore for £1.49 but they are quite big. This is a Tesco one, they can get quite far through but can't get it all http://i42.tinypic.com/r284eh.jpg

Ohhh thanks Alan, mums going to wilkinsons today with nan, will ask her to look out for some, or if she goes to tesco to look.

Thanks my poor plants dont stand a chance right now Tucker is just so greedy.
