Looks like a Testudo graeca ibera to me.
 There are some very yellow T.g.ibera out there and this is one of them. He probably came out of Turkey. Oh and a female.  Danny

so what your saying is it will be the same size as a horsefield tortoise? and can stop in the house and not out side?
