new enclosure help please
hi ive just built a large outdoor enclosure for my 2 horsefields.it is full of soil and plants.i have added a little indoor bit to shelter and sleep in if they choose.what would you advise to use on the floor in that bit e.g hemp,straw soil other? thanks

I'd say soil. Both my spur thighs and my Horsfield have soil in their enclosures and houses etc and they are all happy

Straw is not a good thing, as if it gets damp, it can create mould spores, which can/could kill
tortoises. Soil is more natural to them.
