Post Downloadable weight chart?

Does anyone know any good downloadable weight charts I can download for my tortoise? I have kept a note of George's weight, on the 15th of every month since he arrived and wanted to present it in form type to keep a record.

I weigh my girls every Friday morning, my hubby worked a spread sheet for me to log the weights, eating habits, enviroment & general health.
Have to say I cant wait for a friday so I can weigh them. It's official I am a Torty Geek!!
