Default Daisey type flower

This fellow has self seeded in the garden, prob's Daisey family. Anyone put a name to the plant please.

It actualy opens up with the sun EB, like most daisy's do.

I was going to say calendula as I have loads, I planted 3 or 4 packets but the problem is that they are quite different to each other some of them, some have a dark centre bit and others have none. some are tall and others are not. It said they can be eaten in salads (by us) but I'm not 100% sure now that they are what they say on the packet. here are some of mine, either side of the californian poppies, these are mostly the same but I have others that are not

The leaves are the same though, they are Pot Marigold maybe cultivated to be different flowers, like hybrids. Think's i have the common one, birds maybe seeded mine.
