Wild Leopard tort, plants

This may interest some keepers of Leo's, it's a long way round, but have been in touch via email with a Mr Ernst Vanjaarsveld, he is an African Tort specialist, studing them in the wild, along with the plant life. He sent -
Very easy to keep and adaptable. Additional feeding, Cotyledon, Crassula, Bryophyllum (most of the Crassulaceae), Portulacaria afra, Anacampseros (Portulacaceae),
Ernst.
Jade plant, is among them, Portulacaria Afra, so does anyone know if Jade plant is different from Money Plant.
