Thanks, thought it was, found a good place of wild plants, pity most are not edible.

I still don't know what the original pic is of but today I noticed the roadsides where there are hedges were lined with it for miles and miles, it was just about the only thing growing there apart from grass

I know what this is but can't think of the name!

These are the new leaves just coming through they get bigger. Its a tall weed and has white flowers - reminds me a bit of cow parsley etc.

I will repost a new picture of the plant, which has grown, is it not Mallow, when you brake the stem it is a slight red colour.
