2 THB for sexing plz- we have an egg.
Hi we have two thb and there's been much confusion in the past about the sex from the vet, us, previous owners etc. However we had an egg this morn so be nice to know who has laid it! So here goes
Two pics of each tort. First tort up is bambam http://i1110.photobucket.com/albums/...IMAG0305-1.jpg And the next two pics are of pebbles http://i1110.photobucket.com/albums/...IMAG0309-1.jpg http://i1110.photobucket.com/albums/...IMAG0308-1.jpg My thinking was bambam was a boy. (We've had a few flashes) and pebbles was girl. What do you guys think? Thank you Last edited by emmajh; 14-03-2012 at 12:20 PM. |

Thanks guys that's what I thought but as bambam only likes to give a small Willy flash in the bath it can be hard to know!! Also makes it more difficult as pebbles flashes her lady bits :O thus adding to the confusion!!! I shall check back later for dannys verdict

Looking like 2 females to me Bambam's tail is bigger, but it's not a typical male of that size's tail (which would be huge and have a very large nail on the end of it).

I thought 2 females also... quite large to boot. I'm guessing you didn't raise them to that size so they probably were with a male. They will also drop eggs if not with a male but they are usually are infertile.
