Default The old horsfield tortoise Clyde who belongs to a friend

there are pics on here and some of you thought he could be quite an old boy
He has a swollen leg,has had xrays, blood tests, antibiotics, ruled out gout, what else can be done to reduce the swelling? Could it be due to eating high protein in his previous home, his owners are very worried and he is still eating and active but has this swelling and the vet doesnt know what is wrong

So nothing is off on the blood test? If it's not broken and the blood work is good, than most likely it's an infection.
