Is this normal - try again

We were sold two Hermans tortoises as females but one (the one in the pics) has grown much more quickly than the other (approx 50% heavier). She (?) has done this twice whilst defecating and it raises two questions - 1. Is this normal? 2. Is she definitely a female? It all goes back inside after she is finished and she appears to be in very good health.

my male puts his bits out now and again.i was really worried the first time i saw him do it.i just tell him hes a dirty boy and leave him to it

Interesting about the growth rates though as the boys are more often smaller than the girls.

Yeah, could it be bullying the other one do you think and therefore the other one is eating much less?
