Good Luck with them, they sound like they will get all the TLC they need now they are with you You shouldnt use heat mats with tortoises. I hope they get better soon, just dont panic and make sure you give them all the correct food (in small portions I shoudl think if they have grown too quickly) and also suppliments will be important to harden their shells: calcium, limestone flour and cuttlefish should do it x

Yes it was! And when i went back after seeing the Vet and told them they were not looking after their animals welfare they (in as many words said) "Theres the door"

The guy that runs that shop is all about money, money, money!

Since buying the Tortys i have spent over £100 in vet bills in just 20days. I have saved all the bills and when the treatments have finished i am planning on sending an invoice to them!

Report them to your local authority who gives out the licences needed to sell pets. You'll find the address on your council's website. They will investigate.
