Well that looks real and genuine enough to me - go for it Wolflore! xx Might be good to ask them - if they will accept any faulty returns, say if it suddenly blew or stopped working after 1month or something. See if they can offer a replacement or something to keep yourself covered. Or even a refund...if you got too fed up that is. xx

This box is exactly the same Ive got off ebay (I assume same, 29.99+free P@P).

Please be carefull buying bulbs from cheap sources. Do you offer a 6 month guarantee? If your bulb blows within a month you will have to buy another.

I use solarglows and have no problems

Thanks for that Sarah. Hagen themselves offer the 6 month warranty so it won't be an issue. Unless of course it isn't really a Hagen product. I've bought from this particular shop on eBay before and have had no problems.

My point exactly Sarah a few messages ago, I reiterate what Sarah says and I also say again, be careful - some products and it doesnt matter whether its bulbs or something else - if someone wants to make a fast buck and they are clever and manipulative - will.
You only have to see some bootleg DVDs being sold on ebay, and purses, handbags,clothes...there are alot of fakes about and you cant necessarily tell the difference - thats how good these people are at it! Hell, some DVDs its almost impossible to tell it from the real thing.
Not saying there are not some genuine sellers with genuine products but is it worth taking that chance finding out?? Once its bought, its bought and again to quote Sarah, would they offer a refund or replace it if its duff??
Its your decision but think about your tort and is it worth it just for the difference of 5 or 10quid buying it from a reputable website or shop?
