I have spurge come up quite often in the spring into the enclosures. As soon as I remove the winter cover on the enclosure lids, I remove all the spurge and anything else I know they won't eat, such as Herb Robert, which also seems to like my garden. It's not toxic but is full of tannins and smells horrid.
