Im not much help I know but maybe shes absolutely shattered out? Digging all day for three weeks? Especially as its freakishly hot weather.

Im not an expert but the only sign of being egg bound that I know is apart from gravid behaviour initially, they then stop eating.

Mine have gone on longer than three weeks before now. Especially if they can't find the right place for them to lay.
Lots of holes in my lawn.
